Why is pricing shown as custom instead of a fixed number?
Cost depends on student count and which workflows you switch on, and WhatsApp messaging carries its own per-conversation charges set by Meta. We quote after a short demo so the number you get is the number you pay.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
Onboarding effort depends on how much existing data has to be imported and cleaned. This is confirmed in writing in your quote before you commit.
Are WhatsApp message charges included?
WhatsApp Business Platform conversations are billed by Meta based on your usage. We explain the expected volume for your student count so there is no surprise on the first bill.
Can we start with one module and add more later?
Yes. Schools commonly start with student records and fee management, then add reminders, receipts and ID cards in the following term.
