Information you give us directly

When you submit the demo request form on this website, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, institution name, city, organization type, approximate student count, the workflows you are interested in, your email address if you provide one, and any message you write.

Along with the form, we record technical context that helps us understand where the enquiry came from: the page you submitted from, the referring website, campaign parameters in the URL, and the time of submission.

Information inside the Ezyo platform

If your institution becomes an Ezyo customer, your staff enter student and guardian records, fee structures, payments and receipts into the platform. For that data your institution is the entity that decides how it is used, and Ezyo processes it on your instructions under your customer agreement. We do not use student data to market to parents.

How we use information

• To contact you about the demo you requested and answer your questions.
• To prepare a quote based on your student count and required workflows.
• To operate, secure, support and improve the Ezyo platform.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Service providers

We use third parties to run the service: cloud hosting for the platform and database, an email provider for notifications, and the WhatsApp Business Platform where your institution has enabled parent communication. These providers process information only to deliver their service to us. Message charges and delivery behaviour on WhatsApp are governed by Meta's own terms.

How long we keep information

Demo enquiries are retained while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Customer platform data is retained for the duration of the agreement and then deleted or returned as set out in that agreement. If you want your enquiry deleted sooner, email us and we will action it.

Security

Access to enquiry and customer data is restricted to staff who need it. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is completely immune to risk, so if we become aware of a breach affecting your information we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct information that is wrong or incomplete, erase information we no longer need, and withdraw a consent you previously gave. To exercise any of these, email mohannishad131@gmail.com from the address or phone number associated with your enquiry so we can verify the request.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. If website analytics are enabled, they are configured to measure aggregate page usage rather than to profile individual visitors, and any consent requirement will be surfaced to you before such tracking begins.

Children

This website is intended for school administrators and institution owners, not for children. Student information reaches us only through an institution's own use of the platform, under the institution's responsibility for lawful consent.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting customers will also be communicated directly.
